Plain language: what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. Last updated October 7, 2026.
In short
We only collect what you send us.
This website has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics, and it does not set cookies. The only personal information we receive is what you type into our forms or send us by phone or email.
What we collect
Project and quote requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, pick-up and delivery locations, dates, and the details you provide about the equipment or freight.
Carrier sign-ups: your company name, MC and USDOT numbers, equipment types, preferred lanes, contact name, phone number and email address.
Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We use your IP address only to limit repeated form submissions; we do not use it to identify you.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, plan and carry out your move, onboard carriers, and keep records of the work we do. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our dispatch inbox (dispatch@trexlogistics.us) through a transactional email service, and the website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These providers process information only to deliver the service to us. When carrying out a move, we share the details needed with the carriers and crews performing the work. We may disclose information if required by law.
Security & retention
The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and forms are protected against automated abuse. We keep request emails as business records for as long as they are needed for our work and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing dispatch@trexlogistics.us or calling 773-726-2534 ext. 102. This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
